Aunt Berit wanted to cook a traditional Norwegian Christmas dinner for our families. Berit knows how to make things special yet the prep was simple.
The four of us prepped and cooked everything at Jean's house. Berit even made table clothes for Jean's tables. The traditional red and blue theme was used throughout the table settings.
Berit brought two pork crown roasts, enough to feed 26 people. They were beautiful! We also had potatoes, cooked carrots, rolls and red cabbage.
Dad got the "big forks" to serve the roast.
The families that attended: Jean, Tyler and Trevor (3); Clint and I with our boys (5); Kirk, Beth and their children (7); Craig, Carmie and their family (6); Berit and Al; Dennis and Eva; and Alma Golightly. It was wonderful to be around so much family!!
