Caleb is Two

Here are some fun photos of our two-year-old Caleb.

Derek is Four

To celebrate his birthday, we had these photos taken.

Summer 2010 Baseball Photos

This summer we had a fun outdoor sitting with the three boys. I LOVED how they turned out. I went in to the studio and purchased the files so we could have them forever.

Clint as a Boy

I have these photos of Clint when he was little. It's so fun to see how much our boys look like him!

Happy Birthday Caleb!

Today my little Caleb is two years old! He is such a blessing to our family. He has a fun personality and likes to perform to make people laugh. He is learning new words every day and is trying to keep up with his older brothers so he doesn't get left behind. We love you Caleb!

Pictures On Our Walls

I LOVE pictures.
I love being able to capture a moment in time and make it stand perfectly still. I especially love photos of my boys as they grow up.

Vinyl On My Walls

I have designed with vinyl lettering for over five years.
I love to use it when I decorate my home. It's fun to create new things!

This is a table I painted and decorated for my friend Kallee Genta's new State Farm office. She created a "kids corner" with some toys and this table and chairs.

Vinyl is fun to put on ribbon and other accent pieces.

Fun Flower Poster

We have a gardening class next month and I created a poster to advertise for the event. It turned out so cute and was so easy to create!!

Brave Girls Club

This week I stared an online 6-week course through the Brave Girls Club. It has been a great class and I've already learned a lot. The course focuses on restoring your soul and living an authentic life through creating and crafting. You learn how to create mixed-media journals to hold all your truth and goals. I spent all day Saturday at my friend Inger's house creating art books and journals. It's so fun to learn new skills and art techniques.

The graphics posted here are from the Brave Girls website. I'll post some of my art soon!

Another Christmas

When we returned home from Boise, the boys had a Christmas waiting at Clint's parents home. They were thrilled to share the opening of their presents with Grandpa Bruce and Grandma Marian. The boys each painted some pictures as their Christmas gift to Grandma and Grandpa.

Brennan got an art set and he was already busy at work writing a "movie." Derek wanted to draw too, so Brennan shared his new gift with him.

Simplify

This year I decided not to put up our big Christmas tree. We had a lot of things going on in the beginning of December and I just couldn't find the time or energy. I also knew we wouldn't be home over Christmas, so this year we just did a little bit. The boys didn't mind and our home still felt like Christmas.

It's nice to be able to pick and choose the priorities for each season in our lives. It will always change, and we can modify our habits to accommodate life.
