Lasagna Noodles and Falling Asleep
Derek love plain lasagna noodles. He has so much fun eating them!
One night Derek was sitting at the table coloring a picture. The next time I look at him he's fast asleep! I can't believe he fell asleep mid-coloring.
Derek Painting
With all the painting going on in the house, Derek had to get in on the action. He would "store" the small pieces of moulding that Clint had in the garage under his bed. If we ever needed a small piece of wood or moulding, we'd just have Derek go to his room and pull one out from under his bed.
Whenever I would paint the entertainment center, he'd want to help. I had him get some pieces from his stash and he'd go to town painting them with bright colors.
Spring Planting and Spring Flowers

Home Improvement Projects 2011
Clint and I have been busy working on some home improvement projects. Clint took out all the carpet and tile in our entryway, hall and living room and installed laminate flooring. It is so beautiful and I'm so glad the sandpit under our carpet is gone!
Plans for a new entertainment center. Clint did an awesome job building it!
Caleb LOVED the ladder. We had to make sure it wasn't up when he was around or he'd climb to the top. It took six guys to lift the center bookshelf inside.
