BiG mEsSeS

I had to Shop Vac the bathroom floor after Caleb left the faucet on and flooded the bathroom. The water was even running down the vents. It took almost 2 hours to get it under control. Lots of towels and sucking the water out of the vent. On top of it all, Brennan was home with the flu!! Not a fun day to be a mom :)

Craft glue all over the train sets.

I was more sad that it was peanuts that he had dumped out. I told Caleb, "Those are expensive!" It was Sunday morning and were busy getting ready for church. Caleb took the opportunity to be creative with food, once again. At least he didn't soak the peanuts in water!

Caleb took ALL of the clean silverware out of the drawer and put them in a dirty pot full of water. I'm so thankful for dishwashers!! If I had to wash off those utensils by hand, I would have really been upset.

After the silverware incident, this is how Caleb avoids getting in too much trouble. Look at that cute face.

The broken fridge

Right before we left for Boise to celebrate mom's 60th birthday, the fridge fan went out. I was at a meeting for Relief Society and Clint was home with the boys. Dad and Grandpa were also there staying the night before they had to drive back to Meridian. Clint cleared out the freezer and rigged a desk fan to circulate the air. The new fan part didn't arrive until we were back from Boise. Just a fun cleaning project that I didn't really want to do.

Before the deep clean.

Caleb and Derek Painting

February 3, 2012
Clint cut-up some small pieces of MDF and the kids were so excited to start painting.

2012 Valenties Day Decorations

With the beautiful new entertainment center, decorating for holidays is so much fun.

I had fun making a new Valentines Day wreath. When Clint saw the finished wreath he said, "That's a lot of PINK."

Finished wreath.

The Green Smoothie

Clint's parents gave us a Vitamix mixer for Christmas. We have been making healthy green smoothies. We're hoping the boys with develop a taste for it.... someday....

Derek's Projects

Aunt Beth gave Derek a great alphabet activity. As soon as we got home he started playing with it. He loved matching the uppercase and lowercase letters.

Derek's dragonfly he made at preschool.

Caleb Asleep, again...

Caleb is so cute when he's sleeping.

Caleb's 3rd Birthday

We celebrated Caleb's 3rd birthday on his birthday, January 26th. He got his favorite food, bread twists from Pizza Factory.

We invited his cousins, Grandma and Grandpa Jeffs and aunts and uncles to celebrate.

Derek also got to open some presents. He got sick the day of the family birthday party, so we had to cancel his party.
